About Me
Welcome to my practice. I am a licensed psychotherapist offering counseling and psychotherapy for children, adults, and families.
I use tools from Art Therapy and Sandplay Therapy to help clients express themselves and find healing. I also teach seminars and workshops on sand therapy.
schoolEducation & Experience
I hold an M.A. in Expressive Therapies (Art Therapy & Mental Health Counseling) from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA, and specialized Sandplay training from the British and Irish Sandplay Society, London. I also hold a B.S. in Social Care from Stockholm University of Health Sciences.
I have been in private practice since 2006. My experience spans over three decades in Sweden, the USA, and Greece, working with trauma, crisis intervention, and child/adolescent therapy.
